The guinea pig castle is already fully assembled. It is made of solid spruce wood, as this material does not contain any harmful substances and is 100% biodegradable. It's also safe for your pet to chew on! All Resch rodent houses are glued and nailed with approx. 19mm small nails. These cannot be avoided and are only used for stability until the glue hardens. However, the nails are only used very sparingly, because the main stability of the house comes from the glue.
