Dogs respond primarily to tones and acoustic signals and not to speech.

The whistle is therefore ideal for training and hunting because the sound is barely audible. Its sound is very different from the usual noises your dog is confronted with on a daily basis.

Please note that even a light whistle is perfectly sufficient, since sounds that are too loud can frighten your dog.

Dogs have a much larger range of tones and perceive the tones of the high-frequency whistle at the same volume as a normal dog whistle.

The pitch of the high-frequency whistle is individually adjustable. With the help of the adjusting screw, which is located under the plastic cap (frequency protection), you can set the tone that suits your dog. The higher tones are for close range and the lower tones are for longer distances. The pitch can be fixed with the nut below the adjustment screw.

Tip: If the cap does not come off, please hold the pipe under warm water.
