"Win your order back" is a competition run by Silja Luoma Switzerland GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Nala & Luna).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participants can be any natural person who has reached the age of 18. Excluded are employees and authorized representatives of Nala & Luna , their family members and household members. Nala & Luna reserves the right to refuse the participation of individuals from the outset for important reasons or to exclude them from the competition later and also to reclaim the prize. An important reason exists, for example, in cases of misuse or fraud (including attempts) or other violations of the conditions of participation. Nala & Luna reserves the right to subsequently withdraw winnings in these cases.
3. COMPETITION CONTENT
Participation in the competition takes place with a completed order on nalaundluna.com. The winners will be refunded their purchase value within the next 14 days after the end of the competition. When purchasing on account, the winner does not have to make a transfer. All customers of nalaundluna.com who place an order between November 29th and 1st, 2021 are eligible to participate. It is not possible to pay out the prize in cash or to transfer it to other people.
4. PARTICIPATION; WIN DETERMINATION
By placing an order, the user agrees that, in the event of a win, the Nala and Luna team will contact them via the specified contact options (email or mobile phone) in order to notify them of the prize.
In addition, the order content of winning orders may be published anonymously, i.e. only the items purchased and the refunded amount, on the Nala & Luna homepage and social channels.

6. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS
The winner will be drawn on November 2nd, 2021. The winners will be informed promptly by email or telephone.

The competition begins on November 29th, 2021. The participation period ends on November 1st, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY / MODIFICATION AND EARLY TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION
The organizer is not liable for the availability of the Facebook or Instagram website or its own Facebook or Instagram website. The organizer is also not liable for any transmission errors.
