Animo tracks the total amount of time your dog is active on a daily basis. So you can be sure that he gets enough exercise and stays fit all around. Once attached to your dog's collar, Animo will begin collecting data. In the first 7 days, the device learns the activity that is typical for your dog. After that, you can set daily activity goals. Walking, running and all similar movements, such as playing, qualify as an activity. Animo allows you to set daily goals and monitor your dog's progress through the app. Long-term trends can be read from the clear diagrams.

Everything your dog does, even lounging on the sofa, uses up calories. Animo counts the calories your dog burns every day and displays this data in a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly view. Animo's calorie calculations are based on industry standards based on the dog's weight. The amount of calories burned is calculated depending on the activity and duration.
Sleep
A good night's sleep can do wonders for your dog's health and well-being, while stress, discomfort or health issues are often the triggers for poor quality sleep. Animo tracks sleep quality for each night based on length, continuity, and amount of movement during sleep.

Even minimal changes in behavior can be an indication of health or other problems. Unfortunately, it can sometimes be quite difficult to recognize them. Animo collects information about your dog's behavioral patterns as soon as it is attached to the collar. The first 14 days represent a learning phase in which Animo determines what is typical for your dog. Once your dog's normal behavior has been established, and provided Animo has been worn continuously, information about your dog's behavior will be displayed in the app. Animo can detect when a dog is barking, scratching or shaking and will alert you if these are outside of your dog's typical parameters.
Last eaten
On the home page of the app you will find a quick overview of the activity, ie when your dog was last active for a longer period of time.
